ABSTRACT
The authors present a short review of ideas of psychotherapists working with small children as well as the methods used in this kind of psychotherapy. In the second part they show their reflections concerning small children therapy with the special attention focused on the secure contact in the relation: therapist-child-mother. At the end, a case of an autistic child therapy is presented. The dynamics of a long-lasting therapeutic process is observed, illustrated by the analysis of the child's drawings.
