Znalazło to swoje odbicie także w szczególnej formie konstruowania tekstów naukowych, charakterystycznej dla humanistyki, odwołującej się do historii, faktów literackich, społecznych itp. Także obecnie ma ona swoją specyfikę, wynikającą - naszym zdaniem - z odmienności recepcji filozofii i rozumienia jej założeń.

The developmental school in analytical psychology 29
The paper has sought to offer an understanding of the theoretical and clinical situation of analytical psychology in England which gave rise to the so-called "London Developmental School". In London in the decades after World War II, vigorous psychoanalytic investigations were taking place, gleaned from the analyses both of adult patients and of very young children, as well as from conclusions reached through a growing tradition of meticulous infant observations conducted over several years, concerning the development of early infantile states of mind and how these were discernable in the analytical relationship. Equally important were discoveries concerning the crucial role of the analyst's inner responsiveness to the information contained in the patient's often subtle, often powerful, preverbal communications. Certain analytical psychologists in London became increasingly aware of the necessity of integrating Jung's valued prospective approach to work with the unconscious psyche with a need to ground such work in an understanding of those primitive states of affect and mentation by which the infant and child made its experiences comprehensible to itself. There was a recognition of the need to protect the analytic space by maintaining a boundaried and safe frame within which the exploration of mental contents could be conducted that would ensure that the patient could safely regress, if appropriate, to whatever depth of the psyche he or she was able, or needed, to attain in order for transformation and growth to occur. Seen as a whole, the movement of a conjoint analytic tradition comprising psychoanalysis and analytical psychology together might offer, despite whatever real differences may exist, a ore inclusive and potentially more creative arena in which fruitful formulations in the broad area of depth psychology in general, and the content and processes of the self in particular, can take place.

Posttraumatic dreams 49
In the article, the specific character of nightmares, which occur as a direct reaction to trauma, has been described. These nightmares occur in the course of posttraumatic disorders, especially during posttraumatic syndrome. Psychoanalysis has been most widely used, as it considers the importance of nightmares for the dynamics of psychical disorders in the highest degree. Classic interpretations of the origin of specific posttraumatic syndrome symptoms by S. Freud and C. G. Jung have been described. From the analysis of clinical research and publications, one can conclude that posttraumatic dreams are distinguished by the following: 1) content - directly reproducing the trauma, 2) recurring character, 3) bringing out negative emotional reactions, most frequently - anxiety.

The author presents first the year of psychotherapeutic work with a 20 year-old patient with a borderline personality organisation and the tendencies of self-destructive behaviours. On the base of transference - countertransference relation and biographical data, he attempts to show and analyse the importance of the original relations with partial objects in the intrapsychic life of patient and also in his interpersonal functioning.

A School for Parents as one of the propositions of work with parents in Kraków Center of Therapy 71
This article is a presentation of one of the methods applied to the parents, whose children are in therapy in Cracov's Centre of Therapy. The method, called "School for Parents" is based on the programme of A. Faber and E. Mazlish "How to talk so kids will listen", enriched by additional elements, arising from psychological knowledge and practical experience of group leaders. "School for Parents" is a form of a group, psychoeducational work with parents, being safe and also attractive. Parents, taking part in the lessons, learn new forms of communication with kids. They also receive materials, which they can take home with them.
